How it works
Visit the Studio
Please schedule an appointment to tour the studio, view my one-of-a-kind pieces, or place a custom order. Appointments are complimentary for up to an hour, after which a $40 hourly rate will apply.
Design Process & Rush Orders
I will produce a sample for you in 5-7 business days. This process will take around 2 weeks total. Please specify if this is a rush order, Iwill try my best to accommodate your needs. I also offer ready-to-wear jewelry available for purchase online.
Payment
Online purchases will be processed at the time the order is placed. For custom orders, half the amount of the order will be due at the time your order is placed. The balance will be due after the order has been shipped or picked up. Washington State residents will be charged sales tax at the King County rate, currently 8.9%. Tax is not included in the listed jewelry prices on the web site.
Gift Wrap & Shipping
Each jewelry set is gift wrapped in a signature Abaloria gift box, tissue and gift bag. Jewelry will be shipped via United States postal Priority Mail with signature confirmation and will usually arrive within 2-3 days.
Returns & Repairs
Returns are accepted for a store credit or exchange, provided the request is received within 14 business days of purchase and the item is in the same condition as when it was sent. Repairs are made free of charge for up to 6 months after purchase. Please email or call before mailing in your jewelry. |
